I joined O’Neil Securities to help lead the growth of our electronic trading business (WOSET), building on the firm’s tradition of innovation and client focus. Over my 25-year career, I’ve had the privilege of helping firms build and scale their electronic trading capabilities. Before joining O’Neil Securities, I served as Head of Sales at UBS Execution Hub, where I drove significant revenue growth, expanded the client base, and implemented cutting-edge AI tools to improve execution efficiency. Earlier, I was Head of Sales at Luminex Trading and Analytics, where I led the launch and growth of its block trading platform and worked closely with many of the world’s largest asset managers with focus on workflow and customized solutions. My experience also includes senior roles at Liquidnet and The Boston Company Asset Management, where I gained deep insight into market structure, client needs, and the evolution of electronic trading.

At O’Neil Securities, I’m focused on helping clients achieve superior execution through data-driven solutions, seamless technology integration, and a partnership-oriented approach. As a political science major and legal studies minor at Trinity College, I learned how to be a translator. This is important now because I can actively listen to a client pain point and clearly relay their issue to product for a fix or a build out. The more precise I can be with the messaging, the better result for the client.

The biggest challenge to my position is dealing with the shear breadth of this amazing novel concept and making sure institutions across the globe hear about the concept in a timely manner.

If I am not at work, you will find me either skiing (ski touring), working out, or cycling.  I also volunteer for McLean Hospital and have raised close to $23k for the Pan Mass Ride for cancer over the past 3 years.
